What coastal cities and towns in Croatia would recommend to buy real estate?
I'm looking at purchasing some land or vacation homes in Croatia. Need not directly in the water but like most of the land slopes downward and has a vision of the Mediterranean as far as 5 miles is that cities do you think have a good return on my investment in the next 5 to 10 years?
Try the Dalmatian coast. Between Split and Dubrovnik almost. Some of the most beautiful places are at the Makarska Riviera, especially Tucepi, Podgora and Brela. I definitely believe that their investment would be profitable, since Croatia is becoming a point as a tourist spot. They have established that the tourists from neighboring countries there, but more and more are drawing the attention of international travelers.
