Croatia-What it feels like a holiday destination?
This year I'm thinking about going to craotia but I need some hand Forst expeirances the country, if anyone could give me some details about him as if he is the best place to stay, in general, what kind of place is thanks in advance xxx
My family is very passionate about travel, and all the places we've been, Croatia has been one of my favorites. It is a beautiful, fascinating country rich in history and natural splendor, the people are precious, and is incredibly affordable compared to most of Western Europe. When I was little we use to navigate along the coast and stopping in Dubrovnik and Split. The weather is beautiful in spring and summer. It does get to be a bit hot and humid in August, but if you're in the water is still nice. When I was 14 years (summer 06) I spent three weeks traveling around from Croatia on holiday with my father and stepmother and I loved every day. Zagreb I was very nice and interesting, and I've done some cool friends there. It's very interesting to meet someone your age who has lived through the story you just read in your textbook. You can feel the scars of war in parts of Croatia, but not in a depressing way. It's really nice building in a way because we see how they have persevered through the horror …. all that Zagreb has a kind of dignity, and has great shopping, and an impressive music scene. Only cooling coffee Tkalciceva of the street and people watching was one of my best times there. Hemingway Dubrovnik once described as "paradise on earth" and was a description very successful. It is bathed in sunshine, colorful, and glorious. It is absolutely necessary to spend time here. Bring your walking shoes with you because you are going to do a lot of there! You also want to have a lot of memory on your camera, because we will never put down when it rises to the Pile Gate! The beaches are in Dubrovnik large – that are mostly just bumps, but you can still get sun definitely there. Some of my favorite experiences: Hlebine, this charming village great for painters and scupltors. I am a painter, and this one guy even gave me a canvas to work. hanging out at the forum square in Pula. It is an incredible Roman ruins, the Temple Augustus, dated 2BC! The Romans, who designed soooo were brilliant, and it's beautiful and fascinating. Driving through the National Parks. They are all beautiful impressive. Krka and Plitvice Lakes National Park were the most impressive, but all great. You forget you're in real life and not within of a painting because it is so nice … until you see a sign warning you to stay on the road because of landmines undiscovered. Zlatni Rat (Island Brac): It is so beautiful mouth begin to hurt because you've been smiling a lot. It's the postcard view of Croatia. I would strongly encourage anyone to go to Croatia …….. as soon as possible! The Lonely Planet has selected as the top destination in the world some years ago, and more and more tourists are coming in before the war, was a major resort for Germans, Scandinavians and the British, and were the first to return later. Want to go before prices skyrocket and becomes overcrowded like Prague. Always be nice, though. I'm hoping to go there after graduation next summer with my boyfriend and go to music festivals and hire a car and explore. Check out: http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowForum-g294453-Croatia.html http: / / www.ricksteves.com / graffiti / graffiti_menu.htm http://search.lonelyplanet.com/search.do? Ntt = croatia & x = 0 & y = 0 http://www.frommers.com/destinations/croatia/ for ideas on the accommodation that fits your budget / style for more information. My parents reserve all hotels and has the boat and all, so do not really know the scoop on the costs and everything. These sites can help. I would def. recommend renting a car there. It is a great way to explore! Btw, the Croatian men are hot.
