See the white light when meditating?
I was meditating today, and was a guided meditation. I reached a point where my body is relaxed (or as relaxed I could get it). And the audio instructor asked me and my project to my special place. I was on an island called Vir, Croatia. It is a place dear to my heart, been there since I was a child … still love it. And I imagined walking down the house of my grandmother to my aunt's house. And when I started up the stairs of his house suddenly was like someone turned the lights inside my head. My eyes, or eyelids completely … seemed as if someone just had a back whitelight of my eyelids. The room was completely dark, as I was meditating, and this is not the first time what happened, but this was the longest that has happened! anyone has any experience in that white light is? It made me very excited and almost lost focus.
In my years of meditation, I have often faced with a figure of light: the goddess, my Spirit Guides, Archangels, or my Inner Temple. What can only be determined by you. Try the same meditation again, but ask in advance that whoever was coming to you again. And always protect yourself (though it can) before any meditations – We ask only I find that they are for your highest good. Meditation is not only relaxing, but with much practice you will be surprised what you find. Travel Pleasant.
