Travel Tips for Eastern Europe?
I would go to Eastern Europe (Poland, Hungary, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia). I will travel alone, stay in shelters and train. I am concerned about security as I am a woman of twenty years. I would appreciate some advice about (a) where to go, and (b) things to consider. Thank you for your help.
I live in Slovakia, and have been to all countries. It's very safe here, but there are too many foreigners here. Some of the conductors on the trains do not speak English to plan your trip well. Usually younger passengers ask them to help me out cos most of them understand. There are plenty of hostels in these places, would certainly help if you have a travel partner but to reduce costs. Bring Me the Head of the capital cities, there is more to do in terms of tourism.
