travel from italy to croatia
Anyone with experience on a recent trip to the Splendor of the Seas cruise?
During spring break of '08, my family and I will be on a Royal Caribbean cruise in the Mediterranean Sea from Italy to Croatia, everywhere in between and back again, is a week-long cruise. The boat we're going through is the Splendor of the Seas, one of the oldest vessels with RCL. This will not be my first cruise, I've been on 4 ships with RCL in fact, beginning with the Monarch of the Seas in 98 and ending with the Voyager of the Seas in '04. However, since the cruise began, every time we have been normally been on the boat over recently built at that time. I worry that set my expectations are too high for Splendor and I worried it will ruin the holidays. If anyone has been Splendor in the recently or have been cruising in Europe, could help solve my nerves by telling me what he thought of the ship or voyage, or at least explain the experience which had splendor or Europe. The Splendor of the Seas had a major renovation in 2001 which was one year after that sailed on her, so I really can not comment on his condition today, but before the remodeling, I personally think that she was in very good, clean and immaculate in all areas. Splendor probably find slightly smaller than what have been used to with RCCL so far, but that makes it more interesting and less impersonal. We also sailing in the Mediterranean and really enjoyed the trip and all the ports, so much so that we have been again 3 times. If you've been in four RCCL cruise you will not be disappointed with this trip, the rules are the same as any boat or a trip you are. There is a link to a impartial review of the good glory below.
