Can I travel as a tourist in the U.S., but beneath a Q visa status?
Hi, I'm from France but went to the U.S. with an F1 visa for studies undergraduate, then worked in the U.S. with a visa Q. I returned to France in June, but my Q visa remains valid until August 31 (though only have the status, not the actual visa in my passport and did not return to France from my student visa and visa Q). For now, I have requested a H1B visa still have no answers coming. I return to the U.S. as a tourist to visit friends Q before my visa expires and if I have an answer for my work visa? Will I have problems with immigration once fly to the U.S.? I want to make sure before taking my ticket. If you know where I can find official information, please let me know! I really appreciate it!
